Ages 50 & up. Join Lisa, Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT/1,000), E-RYT 500) for a new kind of chair yoga that can support empowerment in your body and ease in mind in a safe and sustainable way. The use of a chair and the wall, can support individuals in building strength and confidence, improving balance, increasing flexibility and mobility, and supporting individuals with conscious breathing practices to improve lung function. It is important to be able to transition safely from standing to the floor ( with the use of the chair) for our overall health. We will be moving from the chair, to standing, and/or to the floor in these series sessions.
