Ages 18 & up. Our hour-long STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING class focuses on building muscle strength and conditioning your body to move and live with confidence. Active recovery includes a sprinkling of cardio, performed at your intensity level, to boost your overall metabolic rate. Unlike other fitness classes, I focus on core-centered moves, incorporating balance, stability and flexibility. Class ends breathwork to get you ready for the day ahead.
