Get in Deep with Candice

Ages 15 & up. Join this impact-free, vigorous workout in the diving well. During this class you will challenge your cardiovascular system, while also getting strength training, balance and flexiblity work. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness because Candice gives modifications to those who need it. You do not need to know how to swim; and flotation belts and other equipment will be provided. If you have questions, feel free to email Candice at [email protected] or text 703-863-1898. Drop-ins welcome. No class on 5/27/24. *NOTE: In the event that a class needs to be cancelled, please reserve 6/10/24 as the make-up date.
