Eclipse Yoga Workshop

Ages 18 & Up. Since ancient times, humans have looked to the sky and attempted to make sense of the moon and stars. You will begin this Eclipse Experience with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao. Cacao is a heart-opening sacred beverage made from the same seeds used to make cocoa, cocoa butter, and chocolate. Following the cacao, you will settle into a comfortable position for Yoga Nidra and Sound Immersion. Feel free to bring any props to support you in this practice: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.
