Pee Wee Lacrosse is the ultimate introduction to lacrosse. Our mission is to teach the basic skills of lacrosse in a fun, energizing, and engaging environment. This is a co-ed program developed for athletes ages 4 to 6.

Little Champions Soccer includes energetic games that enhance kids' soccer skills, teamwork, and overall sportsmanship. This is a co-ed program developed for athletes ages 7 to 9 years old.

Non-stop fun in this totally awesome program! In this super active program, players will learn the basics of Ultimate Frisbee. Each day will end with full games, but will begin with lead-up games and skill building to help them hone their skills of throwing, catching, and running. Players will also learn that ultimate is a game where children referee themselves! They will share strategies, learn how to make their own calls fairly, and work with teammates to make the most out of every play. This program is open to players of all different skill levels and is guaranteed to be a blast!

This class is the perfect way to introduce your child to the wonderful world of floor hockey! A safe and fun way for your beginning hockey star to learn the skills of the game including puck and stick handling, shooting, and passing. Class will also include team play and games. This is a co-ed program.

Welcome to Baroody Sports for Tots! In this program, your child will participate in numerous activities introducing a wide variety of sports. children will learn basic skills that many sports utilize, while also keeping them engaged with high-energy games. Good athletes strive to uphold values useful in all areas of life: in this age range we will focus on values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and perseverance. Children will have a blast trying a multitude of sports and games, and will leave filled with a sense of pride and accomplishment.

The emphasis at this age is to have fun. This class is geared toward helping establish the true passion and excitement of tee ball while learning the fundamentals of the sport. This is a co-ed program developed for athletes ages 2 to 3 years old. Parent participation required.

Ages 2-5. Fun parent and me soccer class is designed to introduce children to soccer through games and activities.

Ages 3-9. Play in fun basketball skill building games to create or fuel a passion for the game of basketball. Come dressed in athletic apparel.

Ages 2.5-4 with an Adult. This class is designed to help introduce some basic tumbling techniques to your child, such as forward rolls, handstands and bridges. This class will include a group warm-up and individual drills that will consist of parent participation

Ages 5-8. Beginner tumblers will start learning basic techniques, such as forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands and bridges. A fun warm-up exercise will help athletes attain these skills.

Ages 7-10. FirstServe Tennis teaches the fundamentals of tennis with a low ratio in a fun, friendly, and supportive atmosphere. All basic strokes are covered. Coaches will contact students directly in case of weather cancellations. Please bring a racquet and sports shoes. Ratio 6:1

Ages 3-5. Start your kids in this premier lifetime sport so they can start developing fundamental athletic skills including visual tracking and hand-eye coordination. Enhance their already growing brains with creative and cognitive challenges as classroom meets tennis court. This internationally acclaimed early childhood tennis education curriculum is a combination of academic and sports activities and keeps your kiddos engaged. Best of all it is so much fun! Class takes place on Armistead Boothe Tennis Courts.

Ages 6-14. This skateboard program is jam-packed with fun, excitement, and safety. Participants will receive instruction on how to safely ride, tack turn, kick turn, approach ramps, rock n roll, rock to fakie, olly, grind, drop in and get air. Instructional moves and skating games will be incorporated daily. Participants should bring their own skateboard, pads, and helmet.

Ages 9-14. Does your child like to play basketball? Do they enjoy the feeling of making shots? Would they like to make shots more often? In this class they will learn the fundamentals of shooting from professional basketball skill trainers with proven techniques that they have used to develop the skills of countless high school, college, and professional basketball players for over 20 years.

Ages 3-6. Introduce your child to the fundamentals of Taekwondo! This provides so much more than physical fitness. Your child will learn the basics including kicking, punching, self-defense, balance, discipline, focus, respect and group interaction. New exercises are introduced each week to help build a childs self-esteem and physical conditioning. Instruction provided by a World Taekwondo Federation certified instructor. Uniforms are required after the first class and are part of the tuition. Optional belt testing will be available at the end of the session for an additional fee.

Ages 6-12. The core objectives of the Kids Run This Town training program are to develop physical, emotional and social skills. We transform traditional running games and drills into powerful life lessons. Each week kids will engage in an organized, goal-oriented running program that combines instruction on key running concepts with practical demonstrations of and participation in running activities. Kids will develop character skills, such as good sportsmanship, perseverance, keeping a positive attitude, setting and achieving goals, and understanding the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The training program lasts one hour and are divided into three main areas. Warm-up and discussion, drill of the day, and end of class game. Participants will be encouraged to engage in running/walking or other physical activities every other day to absorb the concept of regular physical activity. Kids Run This Town training program emphasizes participation in the sport of running as part of a healthy lifestyle, regardless of pace, experience, or ability level.
